E2 Kinetic Text and Final Cut



Here is a great example of a Kinetic Text piece:


This example was done by a student last year... it was a very ambitious undertaking:



Requirements:

  • 30 - 60 seconds long
  • Animation
  • Images imported with transparent backgrounds (cut out in photoshop tutorial below)
  • Accurate timing - broken up appropriately - Don't time whole sentences at once. Time by word.

Use this site to download videos/music from youtube. Copy and paste the youtube url into the textbox, select MP4 for videos, and then click convert. Then wait for 60 seconds and your video will start to download to your "downloads" folder.
